• We are seeking a capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to our newly appointed Chief Revenue Officer alongside management of our London office
• This is a newly created role and provides a great opportunity for the right candidate to hit the ground running and make a big impact within the team
• By providing invaluable support to a dynamic and personable C suite executive and by keeping the office running smoothly, this role is a lynchpin role and a fantastic way to interact with people across the business

• Diary Management
• Expenses management
• Travel arrangements
• Meetings arrangements
• Administration assistance, e.g raising POs, restaurant bookings etc
• Office management duties, including but not limited to:
• Visitor management
• Meeting Room Management in London
• Delivery management
• Ensuring H&S is maintained
• Fire Warden/ First Aider
• Assist with events management e.g annual employee conference, management offsites
• Compile and co-ordinate sales operations materials and data where required
• Adhoc tasks from CEO’s Executive Business Partner to assist CEO and ELT
