Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or sales management, preferably in the security technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through indirect channels
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ideal candidate will have a strong sales orientation combined with the ability to build and nurture productive channel partnerships
- You should be a self-motivated individual who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with partners and internal teams to drive results
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Director of Channel Sales to drive revenue growth through our partner network
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with channel partners to achieve and exceed sales targets
- You will have the opportunity to influence strategically by playing a key role in shaping the company's channel sales strategy in the US and the market expansion
- You will directly impact the company's bottom line by driving sales growth through channel partners and by developing a vast professional network
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share through channel partners
- Set and achieve sales quotas for assigned partners
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new high-potential channel partners
- Provide sales training and support to help partners effectively sell our solutions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and develop incentive programs to motivate partner performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of channel sales efforts with company objectives

Cynerio is looking to help healthcare CISCOs combat the emerging threat of hospital network cyber-attacks. With nearly 70% of medical devices expected to be connected to health system networks by 2025, the threat is urgent. Cynerio’s suite of preemptive and proactive zero-trust solutions for medical devices is designed to assess and mitigate this risk.
The risk that security breaches pose to patients is clear, but combating them in a field that often operates on outdated and cumbersome systems is a difficult task. The investment has been used to double down on its involvement in the lucrative US market, where healthcare security spending is in the trillions of dollars.
