Role
Who you are
- A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related is preferred, not essential
- Experience in CRM, customer loyalty or customer retention - ideally from an e-commerce background
- Previous experience working with Emarsys or another ESP
- Experience working on CRM campaign activations (email, SMS, direct mail etc.)
- Well organised with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong writing capability
- Not afraid to challenge the status quo where you believe it will benefit the team or the customer
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on data and analysis
- Adept in Google Sheets and Google Analytics
What the job involves
- This role offers the opportunity to join a growing CRM team and work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where we are constantly striving to enhance the relevance and performance of our customer communications across all 16 of our markets
- Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive is responsible for executing and reporting on the daily BAU campaign performance across each market whilst optimising relevance and personalisation through intelligent segmentation
- Responsible for the delivery of all BAU communications across 16 markets including building, testing, audience segmentation and scheduling
- Assist with moderating and publishing customer feedback from product/service reviews and surveys, and use these in relevant CRM communications as social proof
- Take ownership of the CRM BAU weekly and monthly reporting documents, ensuring these are shared with internal stakeholders and optimised to showcase all CRM activity including email, SMS and product personalisation performance
- Utilise and report on our personalisation performance to ensure all emails are personalised at a 1-1 level to improve click-through rates
- Liaise with the CRM Manager and Senior CRM Executive to plan in any incremental sends/banners, ensuring these are planned effectively and delivered to targeted customer segments
- Work with the CRM Manager and Senior CRM Executive to implement and optimise all lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Based on the agreed plan, implement and report on A/B and multivariate testing ensuring all tests are carried out in a measured way to ensure significance and fairness
- Advocate a customer-centric mindset across the business
