What the job involves

  • The DCM business management team, within Investment Bank - Origination and Advisory, is responsible for driving the achievement of business objectives and supporting the operation of the Debt Capital Markets business line
  • As a member of the business management team, you will be responsible for development of the business, articulating and delivering strategy, management information reporting, and liaising with the front office and support functions
  • In this role, you would report to the Debt Capital Markets COO of the Americas
  • Help the business in managing strategy, control framework, people, cost base, and financial performance among many other things
  • Act as the central liaison between front office and functional partners including Technology, Finance, Operations, Credit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Human Resources
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects pertaining to innovation, strategy, control environment, and operations
  • Produce ad-hoc and recurring market analysis and management information
  • Represent the business in internal committees and forums
