What the job involves
- As a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract), you will be the operational backbone of our hiring process—ensuring every candidate, recruiter, hiring manager, and interviewer has a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish. Your attention to detail, proactive communication, and service mindset will help us deliver an exceptional recruiting experience while enabling Moloco to hire top talent quickly and effectively
- Scheduling – Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring all parties are informed about interview details and any changes
- Communication – Keep candidates updated on the hiring process and respond promptly to inquiries
- Candidate Experience – Ensure a positive experience by managing logistics, arranging travel, and addressing candidate questions or concerns
- Data Management – Maintain Greenhouse (ATS) by inputting candidate information, updating statuses, and generating reports
- Administrative Tasks – Assist with background checks and documentation related to the hiring process
- Collaboration – Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to support the recruitment process and maintain alignment
- Note: This is a contract role starting in September
