What the job involves

We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious, and high-energy Account Manager to join Topsort’s Boston hub
You’ll work directly with some of the most innovative marketplaces, retailers, and commerce platforms using Topsort’s retail media infrastructure to scale and monetize their advertising business
This is not a traditional account management role — you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, strategy, product, and client growth, helping customers solve real business problems while growing alongside a fast-moving global startup

Own relationships with strategic clients, supporting onboarding, growth, optimization, and long-term success on Topsort’s platform
Learn how modern retail media and marketplace monetization works — including sponsored ads, auction systems, ad relevance, and performance strategy
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and help translate them into actionable platform strategies
Analyze campaign and marketplace performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and growth recommendations
Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and commercial teams to solve problems quickly and drive customer outcomes
Lead client conversations, performance reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity
Become a trusted advisor to clients while helping shape the future of retail media infrastructure

Our take

With the likes of Meta, Amazon, and Google hosting the majority of ad campaigns, contemporary strategies can become overly complicated and lacking in owner control. Topsort has created a simple and customizable API through which users can create advertising elements like sponsored listings, banner and video ads, and control how they’re shown to potential customers.

Where the platform stands out is in its transparency and privacy-first approach - delivering a direct replacement of the “cookie” system usually used in sponsored ads. Topsort’s “clean room” is an encrypted technology that has zero-visibility into privacy data, ensuring anonymity for those being analysed.

This exciting new approach to media marketing analysis and campaign planning has turned investors' heads, at a time when data privacy is a hot topic. Topsort has enjoyed an impressive $21M in funding to date, which will it is using to scale and accelerate its growth.
