Who you are
- Proven experience in Account Management or Partnership Management, with a track record of building strong commercial relationships and delivering growth
- Negotiation and sales skills that can influence at all levels
- Confident working with data, comfortable interpreting sales data and consumer insights to spot opportunities and build compelling narratives
- A growth mindset - proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach, valuing cross-team input to achieve shared goals
- Experience in the Food & Beverage sector (or a related consumer category) is highly advantageous
What the job involves
- Manage and grow relationships with our existing Food & Beverage partners, engaging through regular calls, meetings, and site visits to understand their goals and deliver shared commercial success
- Optimise performance by negotiating strong offers for our members
- Turn data into action, analyse performance metrics and consumer trends to identify opportunities, guide strategic growth, and demonstrate the value of partnering with Blue Light Card
- Support onboarding of new Food & Beverage partners, ensuring a smooth and impactful start to the partnership
- Plan and deliver marketing activity to drive engagement, including securing seasonal and tactical offers for members
- Lead commercial discussions for contract renewals and re-negotiations, ensuring win–win outcomes
- Collaborate across teams, work closely with Marketing, Data, and other internal functions to bring joint business plans to life
