Role
Who you are
- 10–12 years of experience in client-facing roles within performance marketing, programmatic advertising, or growth marketing, with at least 4–5 years in people leadership roles
- Proven track record in revenue growth, client retention, and team leadership within a high-velocity advertising or media environment
- Deep understanding of DSPs, MMPs, and measurement ecosystems (e.g., SKAN, attribution, viewability)
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach - able to translate complex performance insights into actionable business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with executive clients and internal CXO stakeholders
- Experience working across global, matrixed teams and time zones
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent business education preferred
What the job involves
- The Head of Client Growth will lead and inspire a high-performing team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers across the Americas region. This role is pivotal in driving long-term client partnerships, sustainable revenue growth, and excellence in delivery within InMobi’s performance business
- You will act as the strategic steward of client relationships - ensuring that our largest advertisers see InMobi as their trusted growth partner
- You’ll bring together deep programmatic expertise, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to expand business from existing clients, strengthen retention, and unlock incremental revenue opportunities
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers to deliver quarterly revenue and margin goals
- Build a high-performing, data-driven culture focused on accountability, learning, and proactive client management
- Identify and groom future leaders within the Client Growth organization
- Client Strategy & Relationship Management:
- Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts, building trusted senior-level relationships across marketing, product, and data teams at client organizations
- Oversee annual and quarterly business planning across key accounts, ensuring account strategies are aligned with advertiser objectives and regional business priorities
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute account expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell initiatives)
- Revenue & Business Performance:
- Own overall client growth revenue targets for the region and drive predictable quarterly performance through disciplined pipeline and retention management
- Analyze account performance and trends to identify opportunities for optimization, upselling, or efficiency improvements
- Ensure robust account forecasting, revenue hygiene, and margin control processes are in place
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Trading, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver measurable performance improvements and innovation for clients
- Partner with Marketing and Enablement teams to institutionalize client success stories, best practices, and scalable playbooks
- Represent the Client Growth function in leadership discussions, ensuring voice of customer is reflected in product and strategic decisions
- Operational Excellence:
- Establish scalable processes, tools, and frameworks for client management excellence - from onboarding to QBRs to renewal cycles
- Drive operational rigor across reporting, forecasting, and business review cadences
- Contribute to global frameworks for Client Growth governance and talent development

Mobile advertising is an incredibly important element of marketing campaigns for modern businesses, but success is limited to the quality of engagements that campaigns have on audiences. Engagement can be optimised by targeting ads to relevant audiences through cookies and other data sets, but without the right analytic tools to lead to actionable insights, this data remains useless.
InMobi provides a data-driven mobile marketing platform, offering a toolkit called InMobi Pulse that provides insights into mobile marketing based on consumer feedback, product testing, and other proprietary data. The company also provides InMobi Exchange, a platform for reaching mobile-first audiences and an enterprise-grade platform for purchasing DSP services.
Whilst it is undeniable that InMobi faces competition from other mobile-focused marketing platforms, the company stands out with the sheer range of tools it offers and its focus on markets such as India and Southeast Asia which are difficult for North American and European firms to enter. InMobi has plans to further expand globally, however, and is bringing its Glance lock screen advertising product to the US and Latin America in the near future.
