Role
Who you are
- You have experience in IT consulting or a similar role with direct customer contact, ideally in retail or supply chain management
- You have relevant experience in analyzing business processes and can understand and explain reporting. Experience with BI tools beyond Excel is a plus
- You are confident presenting content and facilitating workshops to drive adoption of our solutions
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers
- Business fluent German and very good English skills
- You are willing to travel once a month, be it for customer meetings or team events
What the job involves
- As an IT Business Analyst - all genders at AIPERIA, you will play a central role in the analysis and optimization of customer business processes
- You will identify potential for improvement and develop data-based solutions
- With your analytical thinking and strong communication skills, you will help to make well-founded decisions and make a significant contribution to the further development of customer processes
- Analysis and optimization of business processes: You analyze business processes, understand existing documentation and have experience with ERP systems
- You will work closely with our sales team to analyze the circumstances early on in a customer project and clarify the requirements for a successful integration of our solution
- Consulting and support: You act as a consultant and support customers in the implementation of AIPERIA to ensure successful integration into their business processes
- You can translate individual customer requirements into user stories that serve as a basis for our technical teams for product customization and further development
- Evaluations and reporting: You are able to understand data evaluations and present them convincingly. You will work closely with our data analysts to continuously develop evaluations
