- Our PMO team drive project success through strategic planning, roadmap, innovative solutions, and collaboration
- By working with us, you will be part of critical Product Designs, Infrastructure and Engineering projects, also opportunities for professional growth
- Let's transform our projects together and make a lasting impact
- Help define the scope, objectives, and functions of the PMO (e.g. , support, control, or directive PMO)
- Establish PMO governance, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
- Create and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Standardize project management practices across the organization
- Recommend and implement project management tools (e.g. , Copilot, Jira, Monday, Power BI, etc.)
- Ensure that the tools are configured according to the organization's needs
- Support the selection and prioritization of projects based on strategic value, available resources, and risks
- Implement processes to monitor the progress, costs, deadlines, and quality of projects
- Help identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of projects
- Support the management of the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
- Conduct portfolio performance analyses and recommend adjustments
