Customer Experience Operations Analyst, CoreWeave

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in customer experience/solutions operations, business operations, or a similar role—ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or AI/ML environments
• System Management: Proven experience managing workflows and data across systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, or similar platforms
• Technical Bridge: Strong ability to bridge technical and operational conversations, working effectively with engineers and business stakeholders
