What the job involves
- We are hiring a Product Success Manager to maximize our annual customers' results on our platform
- Product Success Managers sit within the Customer Success department and are the customer operations powerhouse that ensures our partners are getting the most out of our product
- You’ll spend the day immersed in our software, managing every behind-the-scenes task for recruitment teams to build a positive customer experience and deliver top talent for them to hire
- Provide daily operational support for our annual partners
- Manage a book of 40 accounts and support all of the backend & operational tasks for customers, as well as ad hoc customer requests
- Collaborate with our Customer Success Managers to ensure we’re providing strong ROI for our customers
- Closely monitor data on customer product adoption to ensure they are getting the most out of our product suite
- Use data analysis to inform and drive decision-making on your book of business
- Become an expert on the ins and outs of the RippleMatch platform
- Help solve tricky customer issues with product-focused solutions
- Relay feedback and advocate for customer and candidate product improvements
- Comfortably utilize and examine our data to solve customer problems and analyze trends
- Manage projects to help push account-specific and Customer Success team objectives forward
- Help students find their dream jobs
Our take
RippleMatch's recruitment software is built specifically for campus recruitment teams looking to automate, expand, and diversify their sourcing of early-career Gen Z candidates. The platform matches college students with positions using AI, meaning that candidates get tailored job matches, and companies get high-quality applications.
RippleMatch has been focussed on scaling up the candidates and companies on the platform, as well as polishing up its algorithm. With big competition in the form of companies like LinkedIn, this latter effort will be key to standing out and proving its chops in the growing job board market.
That said, RippleMatch’s AI matching strategy is already proving popular. Major enterprises like Dell, eBay, and Amazon use the platform, and it has benefited from the growing Gen Z jobseeker demographic who are more amenable to tech-first solutions. With strong funding at its back, the company has every chance to become an interesting disruptor in the space.
