Role
Who you are
- Functional Experience: You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Technical Acumen: You have 3+ years of experience in the PaaS / Developer Tools space, either as a Product Manager or other relevant role (e.g. Software Engineer). You can speak the language of our customers without having to go through our Engineering Team as translators
- Impact: You have a track record of success hitting aggressive goals that move core metrics

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the product roadmap for Aptible’s Platform-as-a-Service. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll deliver business and customer value by shipping the right product at the right time
- Shape the Product: You’ll identify, prioritize, and solve the most impactful customer problems
- Synchronize the Team: You’ll align all stakeholders around one vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Ship the Product: You’ll ship high-quality product on-time
- Delivery to Product Roadmap
- Improved Customer Retention (e.g. % of Revenue in Green Customer Health, etc.)
- Improved Customer Satisfaction (e.g. NPS)
- Execution: You keep all stakeholders aligned around one vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Ownership: You hold yourself and the team accountable in all conditions without excuses
- Product Judgment & Intuition: You bring together insights to design and build the best product experience
