Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing a team of software development engineers in Ireland and the US
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong background in distributed systems
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable and high-performance systems
- Demonstrated experience with Java and its ecosystem is required. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Proficient in agile methodologies, tools such as Jira and accustomed to fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A track record of successfully delivering large-scale software projects from conception to launch
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience

- You have a strong focus on delivering high-quality software products and continuous innovation

- Proven experience managing technical teams in compiler, runtime, or distributed systems domains is a plus
