Who you are
- 4+ years of experience as a content writer, editor, or related role
- Exceptional written and grammatical skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content
- Experience in developing content across various formats, including articles, blogs, and whitepapers
- Strong research skills and the ability to create well-structured content briefs
- Expertise in fact-checking and ensuring content accuracy
- Complete fluency in American English
- Proficiency with tools such as Slack, MacOS, Zendesk, HubSpot, and GSuite
- Experience in the crypto industry is a plus but not required

What the job involves
- As a Senior Content Editor, you will own the creation and management of high-quality content that supports Circle’s help center and internal knowledge base (Guru)
- You will ensure that customers and internal teams have access to clear, concise, and engaging information to enhance their success
- Oversee content creation for both internal and external customers, ensuring alignment with Circle’s voice and tone
- Develop and maintain help center content to support all product releases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product and feature release content
- Create detailed content briefs and outlines to guide content development
- Lead the auditing process for Guru and the help center to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Manage and prioritize incoming content requests for Guru
- Advise the Product Design team on in-product content to enhance user experience
- Conduct regular research to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, maintains consistency, and aligns with Circle’s tone of voice
- Provide editorial oversight and mentorship to CX team members upon request
- Develop reactive messaging and templated responses for customer support
- Lead training sessions on Circle’s voice and tone for new team members via internal training programs
