Creative Developer, webAI

• 4–8+ years of front-end development experience focused on design-led work
• Proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS (or SCSS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong knowledge of React or similar frameworks
• Experience building creative digital experiences with animation tools/libraries such as GSAP and Three.js
• A portfolio that demonstrates high-craft work with creative and interactive front-end builds
• Familiarity working in Figma and participating in collaborative design workflows
• Deep understanding of performance, accessibility, and user experience best practices
