What the job involves
- As a Frontend Engineer at ConductorOne, you will be responsible for building out delightful experiences and user interfaces for our flagship product
- Leading and contributing to software development projects
- Maximizing re-usability through component-based development
- Owning end to end development of new features and capabilities on existing product lines
- Helping the team deliver software on time and on target
- Evaluating and effectively communicating trade-offs for technical investments vs time to value on significant efforts
- Deeply understanding the customer problem and helping to shape feature specs and designs

ConductorOne is an identity security company that helps IT and Security teams by automating least privilege and compliance while reducing risk. Its platform works through out-of-the-box integration services - such as Okta, GitHub, Slack, and Datadog – to automate identity security, thus enabling companies to understand what is happening across the company and what actions could be having an impact on someone’s program access permissions.
The company launched its Access Request product in March 2023, providing self-service access requests to employees via Slack or a web catalogue, automatic approval rating, and zero-touch provisioning, saving IT teams time by eliminating complex provisioning processes. Its expanded Series-A funding round was led by Accel and Felicis Ventures. This has enabled the company to focus on accelerating growth as it seeks to expand operations.
