Who you are
- The ideal candidate has experience at a leadership level and is a proactive problem solver with strong strategic thinking, communication, and data analysis skills, who thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- 8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup
- Background in enterprise sales is highly desired. Marketing skills are nice to have
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to break down problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact with leadership, customers, and external partners
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to solving problems and influencing decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or experience in a role in the CEO's office or leadership a plus
- Remote role (continental US)
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a key partner to the CEO, working cross-functionally to execute on critical initiatives and support organizational efficiency and growth
- This versatile role will involve close collaboration with the executive team, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the CEO to define, track, and execute strategic priorities across the company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Operational Excellence: Drive key business processes, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and board updates, to ensure focus and accountability and relieve operational burden on the leadership team, particularly the CEO
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge across departments—Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success—to align teams, remove roadblocks, and drive business outcomes
- Marketing Leadership: Provide interim oversight and direction for the Marketing team in close coordination with the CEO
- Metrics & Insights: Define and oversee OKRs & KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level
- Executive Communications: Support the CEO with preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and public presentations, driving clear and compelling messaging
- Strategic Projects: Lead and execute high-impact, CEO-driven initiatives such as go-to-market strategy, investor updates, and key partnerships

The housing market is trending toward a recession, signaling the return to a buyers’ market. This should be great news for buyers, but the current housing shortage means most new builds lack customization, as reduced variability allows builders to anticipate and quickly execute new builds.
Higharc’s software automates and optimizes every step of the home building process, creating a fully customizable 3D model that is seamlessly translated into blueprints, resulting in better-built homes by eliminating material waste and costly errors, and saving consumers from cookie-cutter houses.
The all-in-one homebuilding platform raised additional funding in early 2024, with a strategic investment from Spark Capital. This addition will help the company further optimize its offerings and fuel its growth.
