What the job involves

Designers play a critical role in shaping how Zocdoc is visually experienced across digital channels
This role is responsible for developing high-quality, brand-aligned design work that supports both product and marketing initiatives
By translating strategic goals into compelling visual assets, a Designer ensures consistency across all touchpoints, strengthens brand recognition, and helps communicate Zocdoc’s mission with clarity and creativity to both internal teams and external audiences
Implement visual branding guidelines across various channels
Create marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, website graphics, and program materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications
Design selected user interface elements and prepare visual assets for digital products
Maintain and update design libraries and assets
Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and design tools

The platform allows millions of users each month to view open appointment times with doctors, book instantly online, read verified reviews, and keep up-to-date with checkups.
