What the job involves
- As a BDR at Topline Pro, you'll join a team designed around learning, coaching, competition, and growth
- You'll learn how to prospect, run discovery, demo our product, manage a pipeline, negotiate, and close business
- More importantly, you'll learn how to take feedback, diagnose where you're getting stuck, and continuously get better at your craft
- You don't need years of sales experience to be successful here. We're much more interested in how you learn, how hard you're willing to work at something, how you respond when things don't go your way, and how much ownership you take over your own development
- This is a high-energy, high-expectation sales environment. You'll be in our Williamsburg office five days a week, surrounded by people who want to get better and want the people around them to get better too
- Prospect home service business owners through high-volume calling, email, and other outreach
- Learn how to run great discovery conversations and understand what actually matters to a small business owner
- Demo Topline Pro and connect our product to the problems you're hearing
- Manage your own pipeline and learn how to move opportunities from first conversation through close
- Participate regularly in coaching, role plays, call reviews, and team training
- Get direct feedback and be expected to put it into practice quickly
- Learn from your teammates, share what's working, and contribute to making the entire team better
- Use our CRM and sales tools consistently to manage follow-ups, prioritize opportunities, and stay organized
- Learn how to use technology and AI to work smarter and become a more effective seller
- Own your results. We'll give you coaching, tools, support, and opportunity, but what you do with them is up to you
