Who you are
- Professional experience: At least 4 years of experience in software development, especially with Python and JavaScript in the AWS/ serverless environment as well as first experience in technical guidance of colleagues/ employees
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Conceptual Understanding: Strong grasp of Event-Driven Architecture, Infrastructure as Code, and Serverless methodologies
- AWS Service Expertise: Hands-on experience with Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, API Gateway, Eventbridge, DynamoDB, AWS Step Functions, and Fargate
- Database Proficiency: Familiarity with Neo4j and Cypher for effective data management
- Deployment Mastery: Experience in deploying applications using Terraform for streamlined and efficient deployment processes
What the job involves
- Be responsible, together with our experienced Enterprise Architect and Product Owner Markus and other team members, for designing/implementing services for Single-Sign-On, Company Identity Management, and Data Sharing used across all our internal business units
- The aim is to combine the requirements of the TecAlliance internal business units and developing corresponding solutions. The focus is particularly on services with direct benefits for TecAlliance users/customers.

- Providing solution designs in cooperation with system architects and product owner

Our take
If you've ever tried to source a part for a car repair, you'll know it can be a real nightmare. Vehicles are precision instruments, but without standardisation, identifying the exact part you need can be extremely difficult. TecAlliance was founded in 1994 to solve this problem, bringing together parts manufacturers to create a digital catalogue of everything automotive, and has since grown into a leading data analysis and order management platform for the aftermarket automotive industry.
The TecAlliance data hub standardises data for all parts and makes this information readily available for sellers, centralises official repair and maintenance workflows for easy access, and provides automation tools for invoicing and data quality checks. Compared to in-house solutions this represents huge savings in time and labour, and allows for greatly improved customer service. TecAlliance counts numerous major firms among its clients including AutoDoc, Bosch and Shaeffler to name a few.
TecAlliance continues to develop its product with strategic acquisitions, for instance, JNPSoft, a major product information software provider in North America. It is expanding its network of partners and subsidiaries and investing in data research to improve the effectiveness of its product range.
