Role
Who you are
- 1+ years of closing experience within a SaaS company
- Experience closing deals valued at $25,000+ within organizations of 100+ employees
- Ability to prospect and generate 40-50% of your pipeline
- Proven experience of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
- Adaptability to new initiatives
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously
- We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!

What the job involves
- Working cross-functionally, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of Hibob. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Our mid-market segment covers companies of 10>250 employees, with an average order value of $30K ARR
- Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Prepare and present product demonstrations
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
- Target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
- Network with Market influencers, Consultants, and Partners

Hibob have attracted high profile customers like Monzo, eToro, and Receipt Bank, which gives them great credibility for selling to other companies.
Hibob's recent acquisition of Cassiopeia - a Workplace Relationships Analytics Startup, will afford companies better insights to improve team communications and support flexible work models. Together, they wish to offer thousands of companies the tools they need to maximize the employee experience in our increasingly digital world.
