Director of AEO & SEO, Ramp

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a technical SEO leadership role
• Proven track record of driving significant organic growth at scale, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or fintech
• Deep understanding of modern search paradigms including structured data, schema markup, site speed, indexing, and core algorithm changes
• Familiarity with LLM behavior, vector search, and how generative AI systems consume and surface web content
• Strong experience using tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker, LLM visibility tools, and SEO automation frameworks (Python/SQL a plus)

• Partner with engineering and product teams to identify technical SEO levers, including site architecture, crawl efficiency, structured data, and LLM-ready markup
• Build and lead a high-performing SEO team, integrating content strategy, analytics, and technical execution
• Constantly experiment with and adapt to the evolution of search, including zero-click SERPs, multimodal search, and generative search behavior
