What the job involves
- Spending around 65% of your time nurturing your customers and exploring all expansion opportunities
- Creating a strategic plan to grow the value of your portfolio will be one of your top priorities
- Help to solve the complex problems your customers bring to you
- Onboarding some of your customers to our SaaS product Source
- Collaborate with a number of our teams including customer delivery, sales and senior leadership
- Ensuring your customers are set up for success!
