- Experienced with Change Management
- Experienced with managing employee relations matters (investigation management)
- This role supports employees across two main sites – in Austin, TX and Mountain View, CA. We also have employees who work in remote sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR as an HR business partner/generalist
What the job involves
- The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted partner/advisor to people leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management, and compensation planning initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align HR strategies to support business goals
- Support non-exempt and exempt employees
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, including organizational design, change management, employee relations, and succession planning
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement best practices
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to leaders on workforce trends, talent management strategies, and organizational health
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and uphold ethical standards in all HR practices
