Who you are

5+ years of Account Executive/ "hunter" experience, preferably within SaaS, Fintech or other consulting services
Successful at "selling" through web-meeting software and over the phone
Follow a tightly defined, proven sales process
Experience sourcing and creating partnership relationships and sales
Very technology proficient so the candidate can use the company's sales automation software solution
Work in a high volume, fast-moving, dynamic environment
Mastery of Challenger and SPIN selling techniques
Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
Manage client accounts and regularly conduct client meetings, able to set client expectations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Account Executive to join our talented sales team in the US! Exactera employs a proprietary, high-velocity, sales assembly line methodology and CRM system designed specifically for hyper-scaling. In this environment, you will be highly organized and focused on closing the opportunities allocated to them each month
The average contract price of our solution is $50,000- $100,000 with a 90-day sales cycle
Emphasize Partner Development:
Experience cultivating strategic relationships with service providers and partners, enabling them to deliver value using our solutions
Highlight Partner Enablement Skills:
Ability to collaborate with partners to create co-selling strategies, guide positioning, and ensure partners are equipped for success
Introduce Channel/Partnership Sales Experience:
Experience working with resellers, referral partners, or firms leveraging white-label solutions
Refine the Sales Process Focus:
Emphasize both high-velocity lead management and relationship-building with key strategic partners
Add Metrics Tied to Partner Growth:
Consider goals tied to partner acquisition, partner revenue contribution, or pipeline generation from partners
