What the job involves
- As an Executive Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Support Manager and members of the Executive team
- Your responsibilities will span providing day to day executive support to the ExCo (5x board members), support administrative coordination and event management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across teams
- Provide PA support, including diary management, travel bookings, and administrative assistance to the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Finance Officer, and Head of People
- Deputise in the absence of the Executive Support Manager, including notetaking and PA support for the entire Executive team
- People Experience (PX) Support
- Assist with local recruitment processes
- Arrange induction meetings with the Executive team for new starters
- Support other PX processes, such as employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain electronic filing systems for the UK team using platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence
- Ensure accurate and accessible storage of policies, procedures, educational materials, registers, and logs
- Distribute documents for signature using Adobe Sign
- Manage the internal UK Events calendar and mailbox
- Organise logistics for bi-weekly collaboration days, Executive Team offsites, Campus Days, staff social events, and other ad hoc events, including booking meeting rooms, catering, and setting agendas
- Support the Executive Support Manager with arrangements for the annual PEXA Group Board UK visit

PEXA supplies an eConveyancing platform to automate and simplify these processes, improving accuracy and efficiency while reducing costs.
PEXA was founded in 2010 to bring automation to the Australian property market, before expanding to the UK. The company created its eConveyancing service from scratch, including developing the technology behind it, and can serve property exchange, purchase, development and more; though the PEXA UK division is currently focussed solely on its novel remortgaging solution, as the volume of UK remortgages is expected to rapidly escalate with growing interest rates.
PEXA has benefitted from the pandemic-instigated digital transformation, as well as the similarly fuelled property market boom, which allowed the company to grow rapidly in Australia. Having brought its platform to the much larger UK property market, the company has a chance to demonstrate the value of its digital property settlement solution to a new range of customers and the potential for massive growth.
