Data Engineer, Rightway

• 2+ years of related experience
• Expertise with the AWS ecosystem in a production environment
• Proficiency writing production-ready Python and SQL code
• In-depth experience with data environments including ETL
• Experience scaling data infrastructure to handle high volumes of data

Desirable

• We are seeking a full-time Data Engineer II to join our team to develop and maintain mission-critical data infrastructure
• The primary responsibility for this role is processing massive healthcare datasets that enable Rightway to generate insights, which improve the health of more than 1 million members
• Write production-level Python and SQL code
• Use AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, Fargate, and ECS
• Use Apache Airflow to build batch data pipelines
• Use DBT to maintain Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) processes
• Design database schemas in PostgreSQL, and Amazon Redshift to optimize data integrity and performance
