Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM positions
  • Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals
  • Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions

What the job involves

  • Are you looking for a mid level, contract (3 months with a possibility to extend) opportunity to take charge of the entire recruitment process for our dynamic GTM Department
  • In this role, you'll be spearheading the search for top talent in Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, and Account Management
  • From identifying top-notch candidates to conducting engaging interviews, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our high-energy team

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, including using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales and Territory Representative roles
  • Utilize tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to proactively identify and engage potential candidates
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process, including interview preparation and candidate selection
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering a seamless interview process
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process

Our take

Roofing is one of those manual industries that’s been around forever, and can sometimes feel like it still exists in a completely pre-digital age. But Roofr’s on a mission to change that, with its software platform designed to modernize the industry.

One of its main selling points is that it offers roofers the ability to give instant estimates. It works with companies like Nearmap, whose low-altitude planes take high resolution photos for mapping, and provides roofing companies with high-quality imagery of the roof to be able to give an estimate without a site visit - easier for the company and customer.

There are a few other start-ups aiming at reinvented the roofing industry, with competitors like Roofer Pro and Acculynx offering similar aerial measurement technology. But roofing is a $40 billion-a-year industry, and Roofr is one of the leaders of its revolution and in September 2022 received $12 million in Series A investment. This funding will be used to further strengthen its platform.
