- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or entry-level marketing role
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and Slack
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within marketing operations
What the job involves
- In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our marketing department
- You will support various initiatives, from internal communications to campaign operations, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts
- Assist in the setup, testing, and launch of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, landing pages, webinars)
- Support the creation and optimisation of campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the content, creative, web, and field marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components
- Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of our marketing database
- Assist with regular data hygiene tasks, including data enrichment, de-duplication, and segmentation
- Assist in the import and export of data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
- Executive Communications Support: Manage the end-to-end process of collecting inputs and drafting the monthly marketing update for the CEO letter, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Internal Meeting Coordination: Own the creation of Marketing All-Hands meeting decks, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure all slides are populated and content is submitted ahead of the event
- Intranet Content Management: Assist the team in updating the marketing operation section of the company intranet, ensuring information is current and accessible
- Act as a key point of contact for the EMEA field marketing team, assisting with their operational needs
- Support the creation and management of localised marketing materials and campaigns
- Assist with EMEA event logistics and execution as needed
- Growth path for this role: EMEA Campaign Ops or Marketing Processes team

PingIdentity is a platform, delivered through both cloud services and on-premises software, that is used to provide a comprehensive Identity and Access Management service. In today’s highly connected digital world, digital identity management services — the process of identifying and authenticating users on networks to access services — has become a key aspect of interacting on the internet.
The digital identity market is worth approximately $30 billion today but growing at upwards of 18.5% and potentially as big as $100 billion by 2024, according to the latest forecasts. Consequently, competition is heavy for PingIdentity, with some other strong players in the various branches of identity management including Okta, LastPass, and Duo Security. The merger between PingIdentity and ForgeRock went some way to consolidating a firm rooting in the industry for both companies.
The now combined, PingIdentity and Forgerock have successfully attracted considerable funding and serve hundreds of brands, including Morningstar, Vodafone, and GEICO as well as governments like Norway, Canada, and Belgium. Alongside this, both companies were acquired by the leading software investment firm, Thoma Bravo in 2022 before the merger. This acquisition offered a unique opportunity for PingIdentity to further grow and marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the combined company and its customers.
