Who you are
- You’re obsessed with providing the most delightful candidate experience and understand the importance of building rapport and relationships through each interaction
- The ideal candidate has had prior experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles at all levels
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment, B2C CPG or SaaS companies preferred
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions, including senior management roles
- Proven track record of consistently hitting internal hiring goals, while improving candidate quality
- Expertise in ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiting and AI Powered sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging hiring managers and executive leadership across the organization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sr Recruiter to join our People Team
- You will play a key role in leading full-cycle recruiting for key positions across our US Team
- You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and drive talent strategies to bring best in class talent to Nanit
- This role will report into our Senior Director of Global HR in the US
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior-to-mid and senior level roles across multiple functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Lead interview process, providing insights to hiring managers and facilitating hiring decisions
- Partner with People Team and leadership to create and implement best in class talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights to improve hiring processes
- Represent the company positively to candidates, ensuring a high-quality and engaging candidate experience

Nanit's technology sets it apart from other infant care industry leaders as it uses a combination of computer vision and specially designed infant clothing to monitor babies' breathing and sleep patterns, with the data being accessible via an easy-to-use app. This has proven to have broad market appeal, to date the company has tracked over 3.5 billion hours of sleep, 435 million parental visits, and over 334 million morning wakeups. As a result, the company has secured considerable funding.
Nanit is currently working to expand its range to encompass all aspects of nursery care, including nightlights and changing pads. This will enable the company to maximize its revenue streams and continue to compete within the growing baby tech market.
