Partnerships Manager/Director, intent.ly

• We are seeking someone with a deep passion for Affiliate Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimisation, as well as a proven track record of at least 2 years in sales or business development. Your sales-driven mindset, motivation, and results orientation will be key in achieving and exceeding growth targets
• As a creative problem solver, you'll navigate challenges with ease, and your strong oral and written communication skills will help you effectively engage with clients across LATAM, Spain, and Italy
• Demonstrate a passion for digital marketing and its evolving trends
• Have a strong ability to identify opportunities and effectively present and sell ideas to clients
• Proven experience in sales or business development roles
• Be sales-driven, motivated, and focused on results
• Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
• Excel in oral and written communication across multiple languages, with the ability to tailor messaging to different cultures and markets
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understand the value of maintaining a well-organized CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
• Have experience presenting and selling to decision-makers at all levels
• Be a collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently and autonomously
• Be comfortable using and interpreting data to support decision-making
• Demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and insights

• As a Partnerships Manager/Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving intent.ly's growth strategy across the Latin American, Spanish, and Italian markets. Your primary objective will be to engage with online retailers in these regions, leveraging your sales expertise to introduce and sell intent.ly's cutting-edge Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) technology
• You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and securing meetings to delivering impactful presentations, demonstrating our technology, and successfully onboarding new brands onto the intent.ly platform
• In this role, you'll work closely with our Client Success and Delivery teams, tapping into their expertise to identify prospective clients. Becoming a subject matter expert in Conversion Rate Optimisation, you'll provide valuable insights to prospects, influencing their decision to adopt intent.ly's services
• Manage a sales pipeline with a focus on building long-term relationships and sustainable growth
