Role
Who you are
- This role requires deep enterprise sales experience, ideally with a background selling SaaS or financial software solutions into fund finance, private credit, or institutional asset managers
- If you’re passionate about financial technology and growing as a relationship manager / deal closer, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth enterprise technology startup backed by Y Combinator, Bain Capital Ventures, and CRV
- Financial Expertise: You have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including selling to credit funds and non-bank financial institutions. You are familiar with fund finance and private credit workflows, bringing a deep understanding of B2B fintech buyers
- Comfort Running Deal Cycles: You have a proven track record of closing $100k+ deals with 3–6+ month sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders throughout complex deal processes
- Business Partners: You understand the workflows and debt capital operations of credit funds and similar institutions. Prior experience at firms like Allvue, Solifi, Alter Domus, Intapp, Clearwater Analytics, Dynamo, or Black Mountain enables you to take a consultative approach with prospects
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in dynamic settings and are self-driven to add value and solve new challenges
- Strong Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you can drive conversations with prospects forward by identifying clear next steps, even in uncertain conditions
- Collaborators: You like collaborating with teams across the organization. You stay intellectually honest, challenge others without ego, and believe that the best solutions only emerge when everyone brings their perspective to the table
What the job involves
- We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the Credit Funds vertical
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through close across credit funds and non-bank lenders
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Post Sales teams to scope value-based proposals
- Navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders (e.g., COO, CFO, Head of Operations)
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and regularly forecast to leadership
- Meet and exceed a defined quota in ARR

In the world of debt capital, companies have often hired analysts and lawyers to keep tabs on credit compliance, using archaic tools that are not designed for the modern needs of legal and financial institutions. These tools can exacerbate what can already be a costly endeavor and bars the industry from being as transparent as modern banking requires. Finley tackles these age-old problems by educating and consulting companies, whilst developing its Capital Markets Command Center software for the simplification of debt capital raising and management.
Through its staple product, Finley automates time-consuming processes and manages information through centralization, making it easier for companies to track their finances and credit in the short and long term. Co-founded by former employees of Palantir Technologies, JP Morgan, and Nova Credit, Finley was built by a team that knows what companies need when it comes to debt capital management.
With Series A funding behind it, Finley will continue growing its product, developing new solutions and expanding its support for various types of debt capital. This is all at a time when visibility and control are more crucial than ever for businesses navigating unpredictable waters.
