What the job involves
- Position Parachute’s Health System-facing products in the market to drive ARR growth, crafting the messaging, tailored value propositions, and associated marketing collateral
- Package Parachute’s Enterprise Health System-facing products to align with health systems’ fast-tracked initiatives and approved budgets while setting them up for success post-implementation
- Run market segmentation and customer targeting efforts, collaborating with the customer success team to maximize net new ARR growth
- Organize content aligned for particular buyer or influencer persona’s across the different customer segments
- Working on the strategy, planning and execution of marketing programs to support new business development, brand awareness, product promotion and overall communications for customers
- Develop content for lead nurturing campaigns and educating leads to convert through the pipeline as part of a broader account-based marketing strategy
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute Sales Enablement strategy based on a deep understanding of sales process and competitive industry needs
- Spearhead internal research relative to customer needs and business capabilities to inform growth strategy for sales support
- Collaborate with Strategy, Data, and Product leads to align products being built with market demand and the most attractive value creation opportunities
- Work with Sales Management in developing relevant strategic themes and in driving the most effective delivery of Parachute messaging and education by client audience
- Establish yourself as a trusted voice, internally and externally, guiding the company across the enterprise health system vertical

Millions of patients are prescribed care via fax, a process that sees a huge majority of orders derailed or lost - which has a substantial knock-on effect on the health and finances of patients whose care is therefore hobbled. This is why Parachute Health is taking DME ordering digital.
The Parachute Health platform allows healthcare providers to place digital orders almost instantaneously, which can be seen and directly processed by suppliers; the order can then be tracked by all parties, with additional tools available to help manage inventory and pull out analytics whilst staying HIPAA-compliant.
