Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics or related field
- 2+ total years of professional work experience
- Experience in ecommerce (specifically on Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart) at well-respected agencies for large enterprise brands, or at the retailer
- An analytical approach to problem-solving with advanced Excel skills
- Project management experience and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
- Proven experience in working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills including both oral and written
- An eagerness to learn the Enterprise SaaS business, and a willingness to contribute to the growth of a world class customer success organization
What the job involves
- The goal of the Customer Success Specialist at CommerceIQ is to provide our world-class customers with top-tier support, enabling their teams to successfully leverage our platform to achieve profitable revenue growth
- This goal is accomplished through close collaboration with the broader CommerceIQ Customer Success Team as well as other cross-functional partners to onboard, train, and provide day-to-day support for our customers
- Be an expert on the CommerceIQ platform and act as a vital resource for helping with training, questions, and troubleshooting customer issues
- Take ownership of customer service requests by coordinating with support, engineering and product teams to ensure requests are addressed quickly and with a high level of satisfaction
- Perform deep data analysis to answer the client’s strategic questions, and drive action
- Move the needle with respect to the client’s KPIs and continuously showcase the value of CommerceIQ’s platform throughout the engagement period Collaborate with our internal teams to shape new features
- Understand customer needs, to then plan, organize and manage all phases of a joint success plan, ensuring that that we’re always moving toward our shared objectives
Our take
CommerceIQ is an omnichannel eCommerce management platform that leverages machine learning, analytics and automation to increase user sales. By deriving and aggregating in-depth insights from sales, marketing, and competitor intelligence data, its software then generates recommendations and automates actions to fuel growth.
Having started out primarily on Amazon, where it’s now an Advertising Partner - partially due to CEO Guru Hariharan’s previous experience working for the online retail giant - the company has since expanded to cover Instacart, Target and Walmart. It has recorded exponential growth in recent years, with both revenue and customers doubling in 2021. Kellogg’s, Nestle, Colgate and Whirlpool are all customers, a fact which would have contributed to its impressive investment round in 2022.
Having now joined the Unicorn club, CommerceIQ is investing its 2022 capital into accelerating the development of its unified retail eCommerce management platform. With the worldwide eCommerce market projected to hit $80 trillion by 2030, and CommerceIQ's position as an aid for legacy companies rather than a disruptor, further success looks increasingly likely.
