Who you are
- 5+ years proven experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving conversions and ROI
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic channels
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau and campaign management platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

What the job involves
- As a Paid Digital Marketing Manager at Vanta, you will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid digital marketing efforts, ensuring we drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and effectively scale customer acquisition
- The Growth Marketing team is responsible for driving Sales pipeline and scaling Vanta across many audiences by delivering high-impact campaigns
- We focus on a data-driven approach, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology to optimize performance and deliver measurable results across channels
- Our goal is to continuously improve our marketing efficiency, expanding our reach while maintaining cost-effectiveness
- In this role, you will be a key driver in achieving Vanta’s growth objectives by delivering on multiple digital advertising programs to specific segments of our market
- Your expertise in managing acquisition costs, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance will directly contribute to our ability to acquire and retain customers at scale, while also reinforcing Vanta’s position as a leader in the security space
- Lead the development and execution of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize for conversions and lead quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth general managers, creative, content, and product marketing, to create compelling ads that align with Vanta’s overall brand and growth strategy
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness

The security auditing process is usually very time-consuming, taking hours to complete, and it is often difficult for start-ups to invest time into such a process. Yet, the benefits of security accreditation are enormous, mainly as many such businesses are working globally and need ways to demonstrate security compliance to one another. Vanta works specifically with start-ups to help them complete and pass security audits such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
The company is a compliance portal and security monitoring platform that businesses use to assess their risk levels. Vanta carries out a pre-audit of a company's digital security and highlights areas that need to be worked on before a full analysis of all threats is carried out. Other businesses such as Datadog or PagerDuty offer similar security monitoring services, but Vanta monitors its customers throughout the year, allowing any issues to be identified and addressed early on.
Vanta has found a valuable cybersecurity niche within the giant SaaS market. Companies such as Lattice, Clubhouse, and Calm are all customers, demonstrating a growing trend for companies to manage their cybersecurity proactively, which Vanta should be able to take advantage of to further grow and develop into the future.
