What the job involves
- Convex is the best-in-class pipeline generation platform for commercial sales and marketing teams. We empower businesses to grow revenue by providing advanced tools to target and engage large commercial clients, delivering extraordinary value to the commercial service industry
- As an SDR, you'll be the crucial first point of contact in our sales process, qualifying prospects and uncovering valuable opportunities through strategic conversations. Your role focuses on scheduling product demonstrations and conducting thorough outbound discovery calls, setting the foundation for our Account Executives' success

- Your role will be focused on strategic lead generation, qualification, and sales pipeline growth
- Strategic Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (e.g., 60+ daily calls, personalized emails, and social selling) to engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Qualification & Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify potential leads and successfully schedule demos for Account Executives
- Pipeline Management: Master our sales methodology and technology to effectively manage your daily activities and pipeline
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute winning sales strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek out coaching and feedback to continuously learn and improve your sales skills and grow your career
