Who you are

You have an advanced degree in experimental psychology (experimental, social, cognitive), human computer interaction, human factors, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
You have 5+ years' industry experience in research design and conducting user research across platforms
You have 5+ years' industry experience leading research teams

What the job involves

You would report to the Global Director of UX Research to lead the UX Research team supporting the Apex Legends franchise
You would ensure that research insights are being integrated by development partners to deliver outstanding experiences for the millions of Apex Legends players around the world
Create an integrated research strategy for Apex Legends in partnership with other insights functions
Empower UX Researchers in Vancouver, Toronto, and other locations to have maximum impact
Advocate for the role of UX Research with game development partners and integrate key areas of focus for research into game development plans
Partner with game development teams to define actionable next steps from research
Create research approaches to inform the development of new experiences
Ensure that UX Research is properly staffed to meet the needs of development partners
