Role
Who you are
- 6–8+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical success
- Deep experience leading technical validation and implementation for strategic SaaS deals
- Fluency in REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and marketing or sales automation tools
- Skilled communicator with strong executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to work across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams

- Experience selling, implementing, or using GTM AI solutions
- Past experience at a fast-growing PLG or dual-motion SaaS company

What the job involves
- Apollo.io is hiring a Senior Full-Funnel Solution Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor across the entire customer lifecycle
- This is a senior-level IC role designed for consultants who can own complex, high-stakes deals, accelerate time-to-value, and influence technical strategy in both pre-sale and post-sale settings
- You will partner with senior AEs, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to architect end-to-end solutions—from discovery through onboarding and expansion. You will also help scale the Solution Consulting team by building reusable assets, documenting best practices, and mentoring peers
- Lead technical discovery and solution validation in high-value sales opportunities
- Customize demo flows and trial setups for strategic accounts
- Architect post-sale solutions, integrations, and enablement plans
- Partner with CS to reduce implementation friction and accelerate expansion
- Design scalable integration and onboarding frameworks
- Create technical diagrams and API documentation
- Influence GTM tooling strategy and solution designs across teams
- Build playbooks, demo templates, and solution architectures
- Coach junior SCs on full-funnel strategies and technical fluency
- Document technical learnings and support internal enablement efforts

Apollo's sales intelligence and engagement platform integrates with companies’ existing internal tools, such as LinkedIn, Salesforce and Hubspot, to increase and optimize sales and marketing leads. Rather than simply employing a volume-heavy approach to leads, Apollo’s software allows users to focus on more convertible prospects, while automating task management and workflow.
The company launched in 2015 and grew steadily in its early years, but the period since 2021 has seen it enter a rapid scale up. Now its customer base includes the likes of Autodesk, Stripe, Docusign and Yelp.
Apollo now intends to keep the upward momentum going, having secured major funding in mid-2023 and is also investing heavily in India as its R&D center, where there’s a burgeoning pool of tech talent. In early 2023, Apollo reported record revenue numbers and appointed a new CPO, indicating a solidification of these aims.
