Senior Agile Delivery Manager, Infinite Lambda

• 7+ years of experience leading complex programs, with at least 3 years managing multi-squad programmes
• Proven experience designing or heavily customizing scaling frameworks (e.g., custom versions of Spotify model, SAFe, or Scrum@Scale)
• Understand Agile and Lean methodologies but aren't a "methodology zealot." You know when and where to use a framework
• A "flexible-first" mindset; you thrive in ambiguity and can adapt your strategy as the programme evolves
• Visualize complex webs of dependencies and have a proven track record of untangling them before they become bottlenecks
• Understand that in regulated environments, "done" includes meeting rigorous security and audit standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills – able to articulate a compelling vision
• Experience working with fixed cost programs as well as T&M

• Strategic Scaling: Design, iterate, and roll out a bespoke scaling framework that manages delivery across multiple squads without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy
• Manage cross-squad dependencies and remove systemic blockers that impede the flow of value
• Act as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and senior leadership, translating complex delivery metrics into clear, actionable insights
• Navigate the rigors of a highly regulated industry, ensuring that "Agile" and "Compliant" are treated as partners rather than enemies
• Build high-trust relationships across Product and Engineering to ensure a unified approach to the roadmap
• Proactively identify risks and remove roadblocks, helping the team find the pathway to excellence that earns the admiration and respect of your clients
• Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly through reports and presentations
• Report to the internal Delivery Community, ensuring two-way communication is always in place. You will conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement
