To make people healthier on a population level, long-term.
A common issue with many healthcare systems is that they are overrun, leaving patients feeling like they’ve been given plaster solutions and not long term health fixes. Looking to put more control into patients' hands, and support finding durable solutions, is Berlin-based startup HealthCaters.
The company provides users with a health screening kit and an AI-powered app that uses their data to provide personalised coaching programs with features like healthy habit reminders and lifestyle change suggestions. Targeting the corporate sector as well as individuals, HealthCaters has attracted business customers by reducing sickness rates and offering remote workers health benefits among other things.
The personalised aspects of the company's offering should see it stand out in the sector, and it’ll be interesting to see how the UX is received with long term use. Offering its product in five cities already, the company has done well to share its product, having only founded in 2020. Recent funding will allow it to continue developing its product and expanding its team.
