Who you are
- You have experience moving people through a journey or funnel — in onboarding, customer success, recruitment, education, account management, sales, or a similar people-and-process role

Desirable
- Experience or knowledge of childminding or other educational roles
- Experience using Intercom and/or Hubspot
- Familiarity with AI and experience using this to improve productivity
What the job involves
- Manage a pipeline of trainees from signing on through to first trade, take full ownership of their progress and speed to trading, and maintain a healthy, balanced pipeline
- Run business vision calls for every new trainee, setting a clear plan and timeline for them
- Hit monthly and quarterly registration and trading targets and continuously improve conversion rates
- Coach trainees through the emotional ups and downs of starting a business, building their confidence and commitment to register with clear, warm, proactive communication so they never feel lost or have to chase for an update, and guiding them through key milestones from learning and training to their in person registration visit
- Keep progress moving by proactively chasing outstanding checks (Local Authority, references, DBS, first aid, GP and household-member), spotting blockers early, troubleshooting app and process issues with the right people, and managing disengaged-trainee comms through to fair re-engagement or withdrawal decisions
- Proactively improve onboarding processes and documentation, spotting opportunities for automation and implementing them
