Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM/Data Support (Salesforce preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Customer Master data management and CRM data quality standards
- Experience with sales forecasting process and Tools (MaxIQ, Clari etc.)
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, including salesforce administration, reporting, data entry, and object relationships
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Effective communicator with a customer service mindset
- Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Tableau is a plus
- Quote to cash experience is a plus
What the job involves
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Analyst/Manager to provide Tier 1 support for our global Salesforce (SFDC) users, with a focus on data accuracy, process troubleshooting, and day-to-day sales operations support
- This role will be instrumental in maintaining clean, reliable data and ensuring a smooth user experience across our sales systems
- Serve as Tier 1 support for worldwide Salesforce users, resolving user-submitted and system issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain and manage the Salesforce customer data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across accounts, address data, territory management and hierarchy relationships
- Perform regular data cleanup and validation activities in Salesforce and related systems to maintain high data integrity
- Support sales teams with reporting requests, dashboard maintenance, and basic training on SFDC usage and processes
- Maintain and document Salesforce processes, training materials, and help guides for end users
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve more complex system issues
- Monitor data integrity and proactively identify opportunities for improving CRM hygiene and usability
- Support ad hoc projects related to CRM optimization and sales process improvement
- Perform basic Salesforce administrative tasks such as user setup, permission updates, and field/configuration changes as needed

This architecture is especially relevant now and the company has recently partnered with GMI CLoud as a key data infrastructure provider for GMI's ambitious new "AI factory" in Taiwan. The data centre is expected to house 7,000 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUS and will lean on VAST's exabyte-scale storage to handle data for model training, inference, and real-time processing.
On top of this, VAST has secured some major partnerships and deals that really position it strongly for the future of AI infrastructure. In November 2025, it struck a $1.17B agreement with CoreWeave, making VASt the primary data foundation for their GPU cloud. It also expanded its collaboration with Google CLoud to offer its AI Operating System as a fully managed service, allowsing global data access across on-prem and cloud environments using VAST DataSpace. These moves suggest VAST isn't just keeping up with AI demand but shaping the infrastructure that will power the next generation of large-scale, distributed intelligent systems.
