- Experience closing deals in climate, carbon markets and/or a technical product
- Ability to simplify complex topics (bridging technical and non-technical audiences)

- Manage full sales cycle of carbon removal buyers including contract negotiation
- Represent Isometric at relevant events, including proactively networking with potential partners whilst effectively communicating Isometric's value proposition
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory developments to inform business strategy and product roadmap
