Role
Who you are
- Highly technical, numerate graduate or junior analyst with a STEM or financial background
- Analytical thinker with an aptitude for identifying patterns and drawing meaningful insights from data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential as role will entail interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Experience with and willingness to further develop Tableau and analytics skills (experience with other data visualisation tools also a plus)
- Experience with and willingness to further develop SQL a plus
What the job involves
- Producing reports within the analytics department to serve the whole business
- Using Tableau to create dashboards for every department of the business
- Working with a senior data analyst to support MI/visualisation production/maintenance
- Communicating insights and strategy decisions to different business partners, developers, operations teams, and management
- Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) - hybrid
- Tableau focused role under a Tableau expert
- Opportunity to develop data visualisation/analytics skills
- Developing and maintaining reporting best practices
- Working with other analysts to tailor reporting to their stakeholders
