- 7+ years of experience working in a Saas operations and systems role
- Several Salesforce administrator certifications
- Experience partnering with RevOps, Finance, Sales, and Product
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Thrives in ambiguity and can create paved roads from dirt paths

What the job involves
- We are looking for an execution-oriented leader to help us scale our GTM Systems
- This role entails spearheading the development and execution of a robust GTM systems strategy that is in harmony with our company's goals
- Responsibilities include overseeing project management, enhancing workflows, and deploying technological solutions to expand business operations effectively
- The right candidate will be excited to solely own the GTM Tech Stack which involves strategy and tactical administration & development until we can build a team around this person
- It’s an incredibly dynamic role — you’ll jump from highly stimulating topics that span high-level GTM strategy, technology roadmaps, and systems development
- You’ll lead key projects that are directly tied to impact

- There'll be opportunities to build horizontally through cross-functional initiatives as well as vertically as you become a trusted advisor across revenue and finance leadership
- Architect: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM systems strategy, ensuring integration with existing platforms and processes
- Collaboration: Lead project teams consisting of internal stakeholders and external consultants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs
- Process: Manage and optimize end-to-end GTM processes including lead routing, sales process, and customer lifecycle management
- Build: Evaluate, select, and implement GTM technology solutions
- Security & Controls: Manage security, roles, and permissions for all GTM systems
- Development frameworks: Implement a robust Salesforce governance strategy, ensuring data integrity and system design best practices
- Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation and coordinate end-user training and best practices

Writer’s angle is to leverage AI as a means of standardizing and scaling both content and communications for business teams. The tool offers autofilling and inline suggestions that keep content aligned with pre-determined company language and style guides.
This branded fine-tuning function distinguishes it from full copy-generation competitors, as well as from Grammarly itself, which is a more generalist copyediting tool. It subsequently caters to major enterprise clients looking to maintain standards across multiple and sprawling teams, and the company has managed to net major clients like Deloitte, Twitter, UiPath, and Accenture.
While AI-related buzz remains solidly around generative AIs like ChatGPT and Bard, Writer's narrow target market - in which it has already found success - supplies plenty of scope to grow, as AI copyediting tools look set to rapidly become content industry standard. With continued new launches and updates to its offerings as well as an impressive $100 million Series B awarded in 2023, the company is well-placed to seek further success into the future.
