Senior Product Designer, AirDNA

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, and collaborative workflows
• Exceptional data visualization design skills, with experience presenting complex information in intuitive ways
• Proven experience designing for large management systems or enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of design systems and experience building or maintaining scalable component libraries
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
• Experience with mobile native app design - knowledge of platform-specific design patterns (iOS and Android)

• In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling user experiences that make complex data accessible and actionable for our clients
• You will work closely with product managers, engineers, the design lead, and stakeholders to design solutions that meet user needs while advancing business objectives
• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Create sophisticated data visualizations that transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
• Work closely with the design lead to align on strategic direction and maintain design quality
• Contribute to and help maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements
• Design and optimize workflows for large management systems used by property managers and investors
• Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the organization
• Partner with Marketing to ensure we deliver an elevated, memorable, and seamless brand experience across all customer touch points
• Stay current with design trends and best practices, particularly in data visualization and SaaS product design
