• As a Data Product Manager (all genders) you will drive the development of marketing steering models and our marketing data stack, which will help our Talent Marketing to attract talents to the job offers of our clients.
• This role offers an exciting mix of owning data products, developing data science models and hands on experience in a fast moving team
• Design, build, improve, and maintain data science products for our Talent Marketing Stack, including optimizing marketing performance, ensuring consistent delivery, and predicting outcomes for our clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders (data scientists, analysts, engineers and marketing managers)
• Work cross functionally with other data teams across the company
• Pioneer AI-assisted development workflows
• Face and solve scalability challenges in our data architecture
