Sales Operations Specialist, Lodgify

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or any other related role
• Strong Excel skills — comfortable using formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and organizing datasets
• Understanding of how a sales funnel works, including inbound/outbound flows and overall sales stages
• Familiarity with key metrics like MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates, and ability to interpret and act on them
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

Desirable

• We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support and scale our sales team’s performance
• You’ll be central to reporting, tooling, and process optimization, working closely with other Sales members and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ownership of the creation and analysis of sales reports to provide performance insights and guide decision-making
• Track and monitor key funnel metrics, conversions, pipeline velocity, and lead stage effectiveness
• Proactively collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives within the Sales team and support them on continuous improvement
• Assist with monthly sales meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and performance updates
• Support the rollout of new tools and systems (e.g., chat widgets, scripts, demo templates), helping with implementation, feedback, and iteration
• Ensure accurate data hygiene and process flow within HubSpot, maintaining seamless tracking and reporting
