Who you are

We are looking for candidates that are agile, able to move with speed, and balance between presenting to senior executives while at the same time diving deep into the details of the project plan
Extensive experience managing transformational high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders and business functions
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining project resources and planning tools e.g. project plan, scope, status updates, resource plans, risk plans with associated mitigations
Experience in driving collaboration, accountability, decision making and governance toward project outcomes
Knowledge of HR, preferably in a Project Management based role
Comfortable managing client relationships with senior executives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Ability to simplify complex messages, communicate with range of senior & junior stakeholders
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
Highly organized, outstanding time management and task prioritization abilities
